The Company I’ve Choosed is Ford Motor Company Aseembly

  1. Luthans and Doh (2018) identify multiple theories of motivation in Chapter 12. Each of these theories implies a different mode of management and a different reward system. If you were a consultant to the company you have chosen, how would you recommend they structure their reward system to motivate their employees in each of the three countries discussed in previous papers? Make specific recommendations, as though you were presenting to the Board of Directors.
  2. Evaluate the President of the company. What leadership style does he or she employ? Provide examples to support your assertion.
  3. Using the diagram in Figure 13-5 (Luthans & Doh, 2018, p. 488), where does the President of the company fit from a leadership behavior standpoint? How could he or she become a better leader (i.e., move higher into the top right quadrant)?
